B Corp recertification achieved with 98 points and an EcoVadis Silver medal

And, behind the figures, CSR moving from “carried by a handful of people” to a company-wide project, while the business was being sold and with teams that had their doubts.

Starting point

Real CSR work, but no direction

When I arrive, CSR already exists: an impact-driven business model, water and energy initiatives, a B Corp certification already in hand. But nobody can say where it is heading. No direction, no indicators, and a handful of people carrying the subject on their own, all of it while the company was being sold, which helps neither with planning ahead nor with believing in it.

“We are B Corp, but what are we actually doing?”

Two inseparable objectives: secure the B Corp recertification, and make CSR a shared company-wide project, not a box to tick.

Method

Secure the recertification, bring the whole company on board

An external CSR co-pilot engagement, run like an embedded CSR manager, from diagnosis through to handover.

“She challenges you gently: she gets you to find the answer yourself.”
“She leaves you the toolkit so you can keep going without stopping.”

“In 2024 we thought we were doing CSR. In reality we were only scratching the surface: initiatives, goodwill, convictions… but no clear direction yet, and no real structure.

Then we met Margaux and worked with her for almost 2 years. Margaux did far more than support us: she transformed the way we think about CSR.

The result?

“

She does not bolt on tools: she creates buy-in.

Beyond her expertise, what I particularly valued was Margaux's posture: a real capacity to listen, infectious energy, and a constant drive to move organisations forward by making them self-sufficient over the long term.

Beyond her professionalism and her method, Margaux has that rare ability to mobilise people. What stays with us most is not only the result: it is the transformation.

Thinking of getting started, or looking for support on your CSR project? I recommend Margaux without hesitation to any company wanting to structure or accelerate its approach with rigour and impact.”

Margaux Maugeais - KaNanda Consulting

External CSR co-pilot, based in Barcelona. Five years in consulting, ten years in impact. I work with leadership teams and sustainability managers, from SMEs to international groups, turning the maze of frameworks into a clear roadmap and into reports that hold up in front of an auditor.

On this engagement I took on the role of an embedded CSR manager: in the meetings, in the workshops and in the B Corp submission, until the teams could carry on without me.

I help sustainability leaders navigate the complexity of frameworks, so that every tool genuinely serves their strategy.
